Join
the EAA! We are here to assist you in every way and promote homebuilt
aviation activity. You will be among like minded enthusiasts,
receive expert technical assistance and have a better chance of
making your dream come true.

Make
a detailed study of your proposed homebuilt aircraft. Experienced
EAA members can guide you into choosing the best product for your
money.

 |
Register
your project with EAA Malaysia. We will in turn inform the DCA and
undertake to assist you. A Technical Counsellor will be assigned
to your project.

 |
Various
applications such as National Registration, Radio License etc. must
be completed.
|
 |
Get
appropriate flight training before your project is completed.
|
 |
When
your project is nearing completion a Flight Advisor will be assigned
to you to advise and plan your test flying programme.
|
 |
Complete
test flying programme. Make an application for a 'Permit to Fly'.
Your Technical Counsellor will make his recommendations for its
issue.

 |
On
receipt of your 'Permit to Fly' you are free to operate within the
limitations of your Permit.
|
 |
Follow
a proposed regular maintainence programme during the operation of
your homebuilt. An EAA Technical Counsellor will inspect your aircraft
annually and make recommendations to the DCA for its renewal.
